We may receive limited Apple-provided subscription, entitlement, crash, or diagnostic information only when made available through Apple's platform services or when you choose to send information for support.
The Hosted Intake Service is optional and zero-knowledge. You can send a secure link instead of an encrypted intake file; the server stores only account email, public key, password-wrapped private key, and encrypted submissions. It never receives your password or readable client data, and lost passwords cannot be recovered.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store account subscription screen. Deleting the app or wiping local data does not cancel a subscription.

Calculation looks wrong: double-check income period, number of children, custody days, health insurance, child-care costs, and whether a spousal support amount should be calculated first.
iCloud sync is delayed: confirm iCloud is enabled for the device, Cloud Sync is enabled in VFL Toolkit Settings, and both devices are online. First sync can take a few minutes for larger matter/document libraries.
ShareFile or LawPay fails: reconnect the integration in Settings and confirm your firm account is active. VFL Toolkit stores secrets in Keychain and does not receive your ShareFile password or client payment details.
PDF or DOCX export fails: check device storage and required matter fields, then retry. If the problem persists, email support with the device, OS version, app version, and the workflow you were using.
